Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" — refers to the asn168 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all related services available at https://asn168.cam.
• "Account" — the individual member account created upon successful registration and KYC verification on asn168.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" — any individual who has registered and holds an active account on asn168.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, including identity document submission (KTP), address verification, and selfie confirmation.
• "Funds" — Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) deposited into or held within a Player's asn168 account balance.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward allocated to a Player's account subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked in qualifying games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Intellectual Property" — all trademarks, logos, software code, game content, database rights, and proprietary materials owned by or licensed to asn168.
• "Prohibited Conduct" — actions defined under Section 8 of these Terms that are strictly forbidden on the asn168 platform.
• "Services" — the full suite of betting markets, casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, live dealer tables, and any other interactive features offered on asn168.

Access to and use of the asn168 platform is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. asn168 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will verify your age during the KYC process.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own verified identity and your own financial accounts. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of asn168 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on asn168 or have had a prior account terminated by asn168 for breach of these Terms.

To access the full functionality of asn168, you are required to create a verified Member account. The following conditions apply to all accounts registered on the platform:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on asn168. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers) constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all account balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. asn168 reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.
• KYC Verification: All Members are required to complete the asn168 KYC process before making withdrawals. KYC documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a live selfie. KYC documents are reviewed and processed within 1–24 business hours.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. asn168 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials. You must immediately notify asn168 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Suspension & Closure: asn168 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.

asn168 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via a range of locally supported payment channels. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. asn168 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is Rp 20.000 via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) and Rp 50.000 via local bank transfer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account where technically possible.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits submitted via e-wallets are typically credited within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, usually within 15–60 minutes during banking hours. asn168 is not responsible for delays caused by the originating financial institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the verified asn168 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Verified members can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes to 2 hours during operational hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). Off-peak requests may take up to 24 hours. Gold loyalty tier members receive priority processing.
• Own Funds Declaration: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized account holder of the payment method used. asn168 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

asn168 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on the promotion page. As a general reference, welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 5x to 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on asn168 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino table games and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are stated in its specific terms.
• Minimum Odds for Sports Bets: Where a bonus is associated with sports betting markets, qualifying bets must typically be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) or as otherwise specified. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets may have different minimum odds requirements per leg.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed only once per Member, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: asn168 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to void associated winnings — if we have reasonable groun ds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that remain unused or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Member's account balance without compensation.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the asn168 platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the asn168 system. A confirmation reference number will be displayed on screen and recorded in the Member's bet history. Bets that have not received a system confirmation are not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per bet type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, event, game type, and Member account tier. asn168 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Asian Handicap & Voor Bola: All Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets are settled in accordance with standard Asian Handicap rules. In the event of a push (where the handicap results in an exact tie), the staked amount is returned in full to the Member's account.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more legs are void or postponed, those legs are typically removed and the parlay continues with the remaining legs, subject to the rules of the specific market.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the official rules of the relevant governing body or, in the absence of such guidance, at asn168's discretion. Bets already in-play at the time of abandonment may be voided.
• Togel Draws: All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are sourced from officially recognized draw operators. asn168 does not control or influence draw outcomes. Results are final once published and cannot be disputed on the grounds of personal expectation or belief.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds for live markets change rapidly and are subject to delay. asn168 reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid; bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Error & Technical Faults: In the event of a technical error, system fault, or data feed failure that results in an incorrect price or market being displayed, asn168 reserves the right to void any bets placed under those erroneous conditions.

asn168 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes the welfare of its Members seriously. The following provisions reflect our obligations and your rights in this area:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Once a limit is activated, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
• Self-Exclusion: Any Member who believes their gambling behavior is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and lock the account across all devices and sessions. Excluded Members may not register new accounts during the exclusion period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may enable session time notifications that alert them when they have been continuously active on the platform for a predefined period.
• Under-18 Protection: Members with minors in their household are strongly encouraged to use third-party parental control software to prevent unauthorized access to the asn168 platform by individuals under the age of 21.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the asn168 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all account funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your account lifecycle.
• Registering or operating more than one account on asn168 (whether under your own identity or using fabricated identities).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such exploits must be reported to asn168 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using the asn168 platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
• Transferring, selling, or otherwise disposing of your asn168 account or account balance to any third party.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing asn168 support staff or other members of the platform community via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, and where asn168 has not verified your eligibility.

All content available on the asn168 platform — including but not limited to the asn168 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, software code, game graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of asn168 or is used under license from its respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the asn168 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any asn168 content without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the asn168 platform by automated or manual means for commercial purposes.
• Use the asn168 name, logo, or brand identity in any context not explicitly authorized in writing by asn168.

Any unauthorized use of asn168 intellectual property may result in legal action, account termination, and claims for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asn168 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the asn168 platform.
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by you on the platform, including losses sustained as a result of reliance on odds, statistics, or other information displayed on asn168.
• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications outages.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and other financial institutions.

asn168's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that Member's asn168 account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by asn168's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by asn168.

asn168 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, asn168 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.
• Display a prominent notice on the platform homepage and/or send a notification to the registered email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the asn168 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of your available account balance in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. asn168 recommends reviewing this page whenever you return to the platform after an absence of 30 days or more.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied by the licensing authority under which asn168 operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and asn168, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting asn168 customer support at [email protected]. asn168 undertakes to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 3 business days and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
